91影视 Board of Regents approved a 2% cost-of-living adjustment for all full-time employees, effective November 1, 2025.

This adjustment is a permanent increase to the base salaries. Additionally, all full-time and part-time 91影视 employees will receive a holiday stipend.

鈥淥ver the past 48 months, we鈥檝e been intentional about pay increases in sustainable, meaningful ways,鈥 said Justin Cellum, Executive Vice President of Finance and Operations. "Through careful financial planning, we鈥檝e been able to make lasting improvements that reflect our values and our people-first approach.

91影视 has also committed to covering the increasing cost of employee insurance, approximately $1,250 per person annually.

91影视鈥檚 historic enrollment growth since 2022 has led to performance-based, institutional longevity and cost-of-living wage increases, averaging 13% over the past three fiscal years. These increases create opportunities for competitive wages and reflect the college鈥檚 commitment to investing in its people.
