91影视 Science Professor Terri Quinn was awarded the 2024 Oklahoma State Teachers Association Science Teacher of the Year for the college/university level.
Quinn joined 91影视 in 2011 as an adjunct instructor for medical terminology courses, then became a full-time instructor in 2018. In 2022, Quinn was promoted to Assistant Professor. She now teaches Anatomy and Physiology, and Microbiology courses.
鈥淚 am grateful for this recognition,鈥� Quinn said. 鈥淭eaching was not a career I ever thought about doing growing up, but life circumstances changed my path. I know I have found the career intended for me. I truly enjoy what I do.鈥�
Before joining 91影视, she taught science and math in K-12 public schools. Quinn earned her associate degree from Western Oklahoma State College, and her bachelor鈥檚 and master鈥檚 degrees from Southwestern Oklahoma State College.
Quinn and her husband Brian have two boys, Tatum and Scout. On most days, she can be found chasing her boys from one sporting event to the other.
